Shipping Regions & Carriers

We currently only ship to the following regions

• Domestic (United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

• We do not ship internationally

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped by USPS. Standard Shipping rates apply to all orders.

Tracking Your Order

On the day that your order is shipped, you will be notified of your USPS tracking code. If you are experiencing any issues finding your code, or if you believe that you lost/ didn’t receive a code, then please contact support@trymderm.comwith the following:

• Your name

• Your Email Address (The one you used to place the order)

• The day that you placed your order
